Action SDGs 3 : Reduce Illness & Death by Reducing Harmful Chemicals
Hello guys !!
I can't believe I'm in 12 grade now. After been at school online for a long time I just can't believe that I'm in 12 grade.
And in this blog I will share my experiences as long as I do assignments. I make mind mappings with my group about SDG's. And my group choose the 3rd goal, namely Good Health and Well Being. For this goal I took a theme about Reduce Illness & Death by Reducing Harmful Chemicals.
After looking and observing around the house, I realize that there are still many millennials, especially young people, who still consume a lot of instant products, such as instant noodles, soft drinks, alcohol, and even dangerous drugs. Especially during a pandemic like this, many of them choose instant products for various reasons.
They don't realize that a lot of chemicals are contained in these products. They also don't realize that frequent consumption of these products can cause terrible diseases, such as kidney failure, organ complications, and even death.
Actually it is very easy to try to make these products ourself at home with more natural and harmless ingredients. To increase their awareness, it is necessary to take some actions to be taken. Here's some actions what I can do.
1. Post a poster about how to reduce instant products and their impact to us and then upload it to social media.
2. Making video about how to make foods or other instant products that we can make ourselves at home and we can use everyday, then upload them on social media, and this time I'll show you how to make Kunir Asam.
I hope that through this blog and the poster and video that I have uploaded on social media, many people, especially young people, realize how very dangerous the chemicals in instant products are, and hopefully they can reduce the use of these products gradually and learn to live more healthy.

BalasHapusi totally agree with your idea. we can not eat instant food too often, because it is very unhealthy. especially during this pandemic, we have to eat and drink something nutritious, to increase endurance.
I hope u can try to reduce to eat indomie with rice kakak andin :)

That's remind me of my mom , she said " even junk food , or instan food is very delicious , we better cook our own food at home , beside the taste these food has a cleanliness guaranteed "
